  2.  Shipping times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  3.  We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Shipping Availability & State Restrictions

  1. We currently ship to U.S. addresses in the 50 states. However, some states may place restrictions on hemp-derived cannabinoid products (including CBD, CBN, and CBG). Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws.
  2. If an order is destined for a state that prohibits or restricts our products, we may cancel that order and issue a full refund.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain states or jurisdictions if changes in state or federal law make it necessary.
